Maximum Allowable Working Pressure (MAWP) by Temperature

Insulon Vacuum Jacketed Hose is available in both low and high pressure options. To find the pressure rating, see the technical specifications for the inner diameter size of your choice and look for Maximum Allowable Working Pressure (MAWP). For cryogenic, cold, and room temperature applications (less than 38C/100F), the MAWP specification is constant.

For high temperature fluid transfer systems (over 38C/100F), MAWP varies according to fluid temperature. As the operating temperature increases, MAWP decreases. If you are working on a high temperature application, please use the tables below to check MAWP according to the maximum fluid temperature.
