Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations for Online Orders

The return, refund, and cancellation policy below applies to orders purchased via credit card from Concept Group’s online store, located at conceptgroupllc.com.

For all other orders, including those placed via purchase order (PO) and/or invoice, please refer to our General Terms & Conditions of Sale of Goods.

Order Cancellations:

Products marked final sale cannot be cancelled. All Insulon hoses are final sale.

Please contact support to cancel an order as soon as possible after order placement. If the order has already shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Returns & Refunds:

Products marked final sale cannot be returned or refunded. All Insulon hoses are final sale.

Please contact support to initiate a return.

  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
  • Returns must be in their original condition and unused.
  • Returns must be in their original packaging. The packaging must be undamaged.
  • Returns must be in salable condition.
  • Returns must include all original documentation including the packing slip.
  • Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • The customer must pay for return shipping charges.
