Insulon Vacuum Jacketed Hoses for Cryogenic Fluid Transfer

High performance thermal insulation is critical for safely delivering high quality liquid cryogens with the lowest possible gas content. Improve safety and minimize heat ingress without sacrificing ergonomics with Insulon vacuum jacketed hoses.

Insulon hose is engineered with proprietary vacuum insulation and multi-layer insulation (MLI) technology. Additional benefits include a compact design and smaller outer diameter, no pump-down maintenance, and a variety of pressure rating and MLI options. Compatible with liquid nitrogen, hydrogen, helium, oxygen, and other cryogens.

Four Insulon vacuum jacketed hoses in 1 inch and 0.75 inch and 0.5 inch and 0.25 inch diameters

Features

  • Diameters include 1/4", 3/8", 1/2", 3/4", and 1" ID; Lengths from 1.5 to 65.6 feet
  • Compact design; smaller outer diameters than other vacuum jacketed hoses
  • 316L stainless steel inner and outer surfaces
  • Flexibility with low springback to reduce pressure on joints
  • Option to include or exclude high-density multi-layer insulation (MLI)
  • Compatible with a range of end fittings
  • ASTM G93 cleanliness up to Level A upon request
