Insulon® smooth-bore options for thermal process fluid transfer

Share on:

For thermal process fluids that require a smooth internal bore, Concept Group manufactures two Insulon solutions: rigid stainless steel tubing and fluoropolymer-lined hose. Select between these two options according to your application requirements.

Whether the wetted surface is PTFE, PFA, FEP, or smooth stainless steel, many process lines require thermal insulation to keep gases and liquids at tightly controlled temperatures. These requirements are common in semiconductor fabrication, glass manufacturing, and other high-precision chemical processes. Insulating the process fluid to minimize minor temperature fluctuations can help improve product quality.

Insulon smooth-bore transfer lines are compatible with a range of end fittings. Or, integrate lines directly to manifolds or other system architectures.
