Insulon Vacuum Jacketed Hose with Metric Fittings

Insulon Vacuum Jacketed Hose with metric end fittings is engineered for process heating and cooling systems to help improve thermal energy efficiency, safety, and ease of use. Engineered for industrial chillers, circulators, heat exchangers, and other temperature control units. Insulon Hose uses proprietary vacuum insulation technology to reduce heat transfer to and from the process media.

Silicon-free wetted and external surfaces

With 316 stainless steel materials, Insulon Hose offers a silicon-free insulated hose solution. Rugged construction is compatible with the entire temperature range across process heating and cooling units used in semiconductor, bioprocessing, pharmaceutical, and other industries.

Available in lengths from 1.5 to 66 feet (0.5 to 20 meters). Metric end fittings include M16, M24, M30, and M38. Insulon Hose is also available with a range of other end fitting options including NPT and other compression adapters.
